The history of this place is not maybe really fascinating, although it is surely debonair. Chateau des Demoiselles is situated in La Motte and it used to belong to the family of Grimaldi from Monaco. You can spend your time here in a wonderful way, from walking or biking to taking an advantage of a trip on quads.
What I like the most is that they put strong emphasis on the enotourism. You are going to have fun here for sure! There are three marked hiking and mountain baking routes. The before mentioned quad trips are another attraction in the vineyard. If we add to that the great accommodation, relax in this place is guaranteed. The rooms are very nice and comfortably furnished. No ups and downs, with a beautiful star-studded night sky.
Chateau des Demoiselles is – as you can easily guess – a pretty pleasant place to be chosen for a small wedding, big or cameral parties or any other events. The accommodation includes 5 guest rooms as well as a family suite, which is going to be an additional plus.
What did I drink here?
If you are passionate about the rose, I can recommend the sparkling rose wine. I got convinced by its beautiful salmon color and the delicate aroma of flowers. Cuvée Château des Demoiselles AOP Cotes de Provence is red and strong, southern and sophisticated.
I recommend Chateau des Demoiselles for a few nights as a starting point as well as for some active relax.
